The pub offers traditional beers and ciders, as well as a very warm welcome and a place to meet in comfort.
Traditional roast is served on Sundays. Food can be provided at other times by arrangement.
The pub, a former smithy, is a grade 2 listed building and dates back to 1750. There are two bars: The Oak Bar, which is immediately welcoming with couches and art on the wall by local artists. The Skittle Alley also serves as a function room for 30 seated or 80 standing.
Dogs are welcome and the pub has free wi-fi.
